That distinct philosophy has been the basis of her nearly 20-year career spanning public relations, advertising, and marketing concentrated within a lifestyle and design niche.

Before founding her eponymous studio, Caroline earned her PR chops in New York City at Edelman, representing the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, among other high-profile partnerships. When Texas called her home in 2011, Caroline made waves in the Austin PR scene, representing James Beard Award-winning restaurants and later serving as the Director of Partnerships for the digital lifestyle publication, Camille Styles.

That multifaceted experience laid the foundation for Caroline Pinkston PR, established in 2020. Based in Austin and serving clients nationwide, Caroline and her team amplify the voices and work of leaders in the interior design and architecture sectors with editorial placements, brand strategy, and media relations. Caroline has led dedicated PR sessions for Design Camp, been a featured guest on industry podcasts, and continues to find passion in shaping the industry narrative, one story at a time.
